A Day in the Life of Managing the Farm

Course is for Small Market Farm Owners and Managers looking to increase profits and efficiency. Space is limited to 25

Follow me as I manage Neversink Farm. The first half of the day will be focused on managing the harvest. How we assign harvest tasks, aggregating wholesale orders, packing for market and wholesale, and wash station workflow. You will be in the middle of the action as the farm is running.

The second half of the day will be managing the production side of the farm. You will see how I assign and manage tasks, how I plan the planting and seeding of crops, and cultivation schedule. Finally you will get to see the complete break down of the farm at the end of the day.
